We would like to take this opportunity to share with you our policy regarding the handling of your private financial information. This is obviously a topic near and dear to everyone, and we think you should know how we handle this sensitive area.
In short, it is our firm’s policy to not disclose any information whatsoever about any of our clients to any other client, prospective client or any outside party. There are only two exceptions to this rule. We must disclose any information required on any valid court-issued subpoena, and secondly, we would disclose any information that you previously authorize us to release.
Of course, within our firm, various individuals will have access to your information. These would include the officers of the corporation, your account executive and any administrative assistant working for your account executive or for an officer of the corporation.
We will not publish, share, or sell your email address in any way. We hate spam just as much as you do and will not spam your email. We may occasionally send you emails about Economic Commentaries, educational videos, blog posts or company updates. However, you will always have the option to opt-out of such email.
In policing this policy, all employees sign an agreement acknowledging that they are aware of and will abide by this policy. The violation of this policy is grounds for immediate termination.
