Chad Germann is an advisor with First Financial Consulting, a fee-only independent registered investment advisory firm. One of his great strengths is communication, and he is exceptionally good at demystifying the process of financial planning. Mr. Germann comes from a long line of educators. Much of his process is focused on educating clients, and he is fully committed to teaching clients the basics of good financial management and helping them understand the investments they own.

Prior to joining First Financial Consulting, Mr. Germann was an advisor with Edward Jones Investments where his client-centered approach and dedication to financial education built a strong reputation among his peers for ethics and professionalism. During his time with Edward Jones, Mr. Germann also developed an expertise in school district retirement plans and served as their regional 403b specialist.
Mr. Germann received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanguard University and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS). He and his wife, Melissa, have lived in Upland for the past 15 years and are active in their local community and church. Mr. Germann has coached his son’s soccer team for many years, still plays soccer himself occasionally and loves to travel.
